We do not take same day appointments, walk-in fees apply.
*All prices are subject to sales tax. A $20 deposit is required for all grooming appointments. Cancellations must be made 24 hrs. in advance. Same day cancellations or rescheduling is not permitted and clients will be charged $20 cancellation fee.There is a 15 min grace period for all appointments after 15 minutes a $15 late fee will automatically be applied to your service if we can accommodate you. Walk Ins are welcomed but not guaranteed, a $15 walk in fee will be added to your service. Owner will be notified of pick up time and will receive a call 15 minutes prior to their pets being done , owners must collect their pet within 45 minutes after their service has been complete or a $12 daycare fee per additional hr pet is left with be added to their service. All vaccinations must be up to date (Rabies, Bordatella, DA2PP OR DH2PP) as per the NYC Dept. of Health . All services and products are final. No refunds will be permitted. Please inspect your pets final haircut as no changes will be made after leaving the Bark Shoppe. The Bark Shoppe has the right to refuse service.
