Vaccination Policy
All vaccinations must be current.
Dogs : Rabies, Da2pp or DH2PP and Bordatella
Cats: Rabies and FVRCP
Please confirm all of your pet's vaccinations are up to date prior to booking your appointment. Vaccinations must be faxed or emailed to our facility prior to your pet's appointment or brought in at the time of your appointment. If your pet's vaccinations are not up to date when you arrive at our facility, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and your 50% deposit is non refundable.
If you are a first time visitor, or haven't visited the store within a year, you must email your pet's vaccination records to us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee and your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
If you arrive at our facility without up to date vaccinations, you will have the option to reschedule up to 2 week with a $20 inconvenience fee, or it will be considered a cancellation and your 50% deposit is non refundable.
